As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

leads the resource team with over 30 years of
consulting experience in: Community and Neighborhood
Redevelopment, Economic Development/ Site Location,
Growth Management/ Comprehensive Land-Use Planning,
Development Economics/Feasibility, and Strategic
Planning. His broad range of experience ensures
SPG’s clients detailed accuracy, proven programs, and
consistent professionalism.
Michael K. Plummer
Senior Managing
Director
Michael Plummer has over 30 years experience
as an economic and real estate advisor to public and private
sector clients. Prior to joining SPG, he
served as the Southeast Regional Director of Real Estate and
Financial Management Consulting for KPMG Peat Marwick and on the
firm’s Real Estate Steering
Committee where he was often asked to participate as an
instructor in KPMG’s in-house training programs.
Kimm D. Irving
Public Involvement
Kimm has over 20 years of experience in
Urban planning, Redevelopment planning and Community
involvement. Prior to SPG, Kimm served as a
Workforce Productivity & Leadership Training
Facilitator.

Anthony Mondae
Senior Managing
Director
Mr. Mondae has over 35 years of
experience as project director and principal consultant
on a wide variety of
strategic planning, real estate development projects and
land uses including recreational facilities, industrial
parks, tourism development,
hotels, new communities, retail projects, economic
revitalization, target industry studies, corporate real
estate development and local, state and federal
government projects. He was formerly associated with one
of the largest architectural engineering, and planning
firms (3,600 employees) in the eastern United States.
Positions held included Director of Real Estate
Development Economics for Plantec Corporation (a wholly
owned subsidiary of RS&H) for 16 years and Director of
Planning and Development. Responsibilities as Director
of Planning and Development included management and
coordination of the firms Real Estate Economics, Land
Planning, Civil Engineering, Environmental and Energy
Divisions.
David A. Howard
Managing Senior Director
Mr. Howard has over 30
years of housing consulting experience including 23
years in the investment banking business. He
recently retired as a Managing Director with JPMorgan
Chase. He was a senior member of the securitized
financing group responsible for structured finance and
asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities.
During his tenure at JPMorgan, he was responsible for
over $500 billion in asset-backed and mortgage-backed
financing.
