SPG is a national leader in preparing Comprehensive Land Use Plans, as well as the leader in the State of Florida in preparing Growth Management Plans according to the State's Growth Management Legislation.  We have prepared over 20 Comprehensive Plans over the last ten years.  This includes eight tourism and/or retirement-oriented communities and three built-out communities.  SPG is currently considered the international leader in tourist and retirement area comprehensive planning.

SPG prepares cash flow analyses based on projected income and development and operating costs, and determines potential return on investment and equity, net present value, and internal rate of return.
